Join us at Social Grounds for a Mini Wellness Retreat designed to gently clear space in both mind and body as we welcome spring. For this special event, we’ll transform our coffee shop into a spacious yoga studio and guide you through three signature Social Grounds wellness experiences. We’ll begin with Restorative Yoga with Tiffany, a slow and nurturing practice designed to ease you into deep relaxation. Through mindful, gentle poses, Tiffany will help you soften tension, nourish your body, and settle into a peaceful state of calm. Next, Amber will lead a guided meditation and breathwork session to nourish your nervous system. With a gentle introduction to mindfulness, you’ll feel grounded, lighter, and refreshed—leaving with tools you can carry into everyday life. To close our retreat, Rachelle will offer a sound healing experience, helping us release what no longer serves us from winter and step into spring feeling lighter, freer, and renewed. After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay, connect with the instructors, and ask any questions you may have. A perfect reset for the season ahead.
