WHATS HAPPENING AT SOCIAL GROUNDS?

Social Grounds has 2 separate rooms apart from our coffee shop. A yoga studio + a DIY Arts & Crafts room. We use these rooms for our classes, but when they are not in use, they may be available to other groups to rent or use. Please contact us with any inquiries.

Studio Rentals

We are a bustling little studio offering various weekly classes, plus additional DIY sessions and event nights. We also have available time slots for studio rentals, perfect if you're looking to move your yoga or wellness class out of your basement and into a professional setting, or if you need a meeting space for your business or creative projects.

We offer a two different rooms to choose from.

Our wellness studio comfortably accommodates up to 8 participants & incudes most equipment. We currently have the following available times available for rent:

Tuesdays - Thursdays 1:30-4:00pm
Fridays & Sundays: Afternoon rentals available.

Our DIY room, with seating for 14, is available for most days and times.

At this time our evenings are full.

Tarot Card Readings

Join Brandy Marie, Intuitive & Medium Oracle for Tarot & Oracle card reading on Saturday May 23rd between 11-2 for a mini reading on a walk-in basis.

Receive a 5 minute reading for $10 or 10 mins for $20.

Brandy will be set up in the main coffee shop area.

Music Tuesdays

Join us Tuesdays at 12:30 for a cozy little musical escape. Tom Levy will be in our retail corner, filling the café with smooth acoustic guitar at the perfect ambient level while you sip your favourite drink, catch up with friends, or settle in to work.

Tom used to join us on Sundays, but with the warmer months here, he’s decided to spend more weekends surrounded by family. We’re so happy he’ll still be sharing his music with us on Tuesdays over the next few months, and we know you’ll love the atmosphere he brings to Social Grounds.
