Service Description

Enjoy 30 minutes of releasing tension from the body using gentle yoga and breath practices. Calm your nervous system, reduce stress, anxiety and pain and increase your focus, memory and creativity. The final 30 mins of each class will be either a seated meditation and restorative pose or a guided meditation done lying down, called Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” Nidra releases tension physically, mentally and emotionally, it reduces pain and is equivalent to 4-5hrs of sleep. This class is a wonderful compliment to an active yoga practice or hectic lifestyle & is open to all levels.
