Service Description
You are invited to take a mid-day break to find your quiet corner. To come and rest and renew by coming home to your SELF –through awareness of your body, mind and breath Ameeta has been meditating for 20+ years exploring various techniques from Tibetan, Yogic, and Insight meditation. She has found every technique has benefits and the Buddha’s teachings resonate with her profoundly. She has attended a number of classes and courses over the years including 5 and 10-day silent retreats, and was called to and has completed, a Meditation Teacher training program in 2022. A regular meditation practice has benefited her in many ways and she wishes to encourage and share meditation practice with others. Priced lower than our regular class rates with proceeds being donated to The Alberta Wildlife Rescue Society.
