This gentle, supportive yoga class is designed to honor your body’s journey through pregnancy and into motherhood. Each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you connect with your changing body, calm your mind, and build strength safely. For expectant mothers, the class focuses on improving flexibility, easing common pregnancy discomforts, and preparing the body for birth through grounding poses and targeted breath awareness. For new mothers, the practice offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your body, restore core and pelvic floor strength, and release tension from the physical and emotional demands of early motherhood.
