Service Description

Join us for a gentle-but-effective mat Pilates designed specifically for postpartum bodies. This class series focuses on rebuilding core strength, retraining movement patterns, and reconnecting with your body after birth. Learn functional core strategies to rebuild strength safely and gradually while moving with a community of other new mothers. These sessions are led by Maddy Graham and are ideal for anyone with a foundational understanding of Pilates. This is a small, intimate class of only 8 people, so you’ll receive personalized guidance and support. Babies always welcome.
