Service Description
Mom & Baby Barre classes are a blend of fitness & bonding, catering to the physical and emotional needs of new mothers. These classes empower women to regain their strength, while also nurturing the precious relationship with their babies. Traditional Barre exercises are combined with postpartum-friendly movements allowing moms to incorporate their babies into their workout routines We recommend starting your postpartum journey to barre after 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor. This class requires a baby carrier as you will be using your baby for added weight. We look forward to welcoming you to this new class.
