Service Description

Barre fitness is a full-body, low impact workout designed to strengthen and tone your body, while moving to a beat-based playlist. Incorporating components from ballet, yoga, and Pilates, this class is for all levels of fitness. In addition to standing work, we also use pilates balls, resistance bands, and yoga mats for floor work. Prepare to have fun & to feel the burn!
